Objects from Wilhelmine Katherine Friederike Weil

 

Wilhelmine Katherine Friederike Weil figures as Great-Great-Great-Grandmother of the actual (2021) youngest generation of the Weiltal Weil-Family stem. She was the mother of Carl Wilhelm Weil, the founder of the families settlement at Emmershäuser Hütte in 1902.

Born 5th September 1845 as daughter of JOHANN ADAM WEIL and KATHARINE ELISABETH WEIL-HOLDMANN in Wüstems she reached only the age of 25 years. In 1869 her unmarried Love-relationship to an member of the Saint Petersburg (Leningrad, Petrograd) Romanov family brought her to pregnancy. Their common son, Carl Wilhelm, born 20. February 1870 only had enjoyed the presence of his mother for 6 month and 20 days when she died at 11th September of 1870 for here unregistered reasons.

When since 1933 the german national-socialist administration required from every citizen to document their ancestry, with the aim to identify "Jewish Descend" in every german citizen, also the Weil family at Emmershäuser Hütte had to let issue certificates of descent over their ancestors. It´s then when at 7th June of 1934 an extract from the civil status register of the evangelical parish Steinfischbach was requested and issued for Mrs. Wilhelmine Katherine Friederike Weil Holdmann was issued.
